Fun With Shorts! How Blood Clots Part 2

This is the last "part 2" short I had in the hopper. Moving forward, since I'll be producing these at a more relaxed pace, I'll probably do fewer multi-part shorts and focus more on self-contained classroom films, safety films, and the occasional cartoon. We'll see how it goes, but that's the plan.

Fascinating. Still watching with Mr. K. This video is from before they discovered the role of vitamin K in clotting. I first heard of prothrombin and vitamin K as clotting factors in a Conference Pulpit presentation. NIH confirms that for a newborn baby, through the 7th day of life, any bleeding is a medical emergency. On the 8th day, the two clotting factors (mentioned above) reach 100% of normal level, and for that one day only, because that tiny body has been working so hard to get to that level, one of the clotting factors is at 110% of normal, the only day in a human's life. And that's the main thing that has me seeing the Bible as more than just a human book for social control. Now if only God would deliver on the "justice, quickly" promise.
