What is the pettiest reason you have quit playing a game or lost interest in it?

What are some game genres that you would like to see blended together that have not been done before? An example of this would be Actraiser on the SNES which was a blend of an action rpg platformer and a city simulation game which is something that had not been done before and has not really been done since.

Who are you're favourite game side characters, why, and what do you think they added to the game?

I just watched the podcast and I'd like to thank you for answering my question, I know that it is a sensitive topic and I thought you guys handled it really well. I apologize for putting you guys on the spot like that, but it's just that there seems to be a narrative running through the U.S. right now and if a person makes something that doesn't follow that narrative to a tee it seems like it's "game over" for them. Granted, like you said it's mostly a small group that makes the noise, but it seems like this small group has a substantial amount of sway in the entertainment industry. My biggest fear is that if current trends continue we will lose all diversity of thought in the industry. To tell you the truth I was more asking this question for the literary side of things initially but it is my hope that video games will be a bigger part of the future of story telling especially since you have a much bigger time frame to tell a story in, if that makes any sense. I wouldn't mind talking more on my views and your views of these issues if you're up to it, I know it's a sensitive topic so again thank you for answering my question, your guys answer helped me feel a little better about the subject. You guys have a great day and I hope keep doing what you do, I think you're doing great!

Serious question: * What is your preferred way to unlock ultimate weapons/items in JRPGs? Considering the fact that most JRPGs are not very difficult and thus ultimate weapons are not necessary, is it better to unlock them behind mini games, hard bosses, some sort of alchemy with rare items, etc? What has been your best experience? Less serious question: * What games have you been playing that are NOT for DPG video purposes?

I might have a good couple of questions for you guys for your next podcast maybe. Firstly, out of all the soundtracks of the ff games what would be your in top five favorite? My second question is; with the meteoric rise of political correctness and with no end seemingly in sight how do you guys see the capacity of story telling in videogames being affected, especially ones with darker more mature themes. Do you see this as an obstacle or should the possibility of offending someone somewhere supersede the value of the story?

Nomura in an interview this week mentioned that they would likely reveal all worlds before the release of KH3. Do you guys feel this will be too much info and not leave any surprises for those following the news flow? Or do you guys think it's somewhat justified since the worlds this time around have been hinted at being much larger and will contain Attraction Flow surprises, vehicles, and (I'm guessing) other mechanics.

Do you ever miss the days of detailed game manuals, and if so, do you have any favorites?

What is the worst standard battle theme in a Final Fantasy game and why is it Final Fantasy 6's?
