I'm going to upload one page of an old comic, every other day, until I run out of old comic to post. This is Stratus: my first comic.
This is the last page of Stratus. And you have to ask: what went wrong? What happened to the nice painted art style?
To answer that: painting comics is hard. It's time consuming. And more importantly, it's hard to get consistent. Some very talented artists manage it, but I certainly wasn't there around the time I was drawing Stratus. This was a continuing experiment to find an art style that I could draw quickish and consistently.
