I realized a while back if I go into this file with the goal of going to sleep, I'll generally crash towards the end/middle (as far as I can tell) so I've been using it to knock me out of insomnia ^^ ... It only occurred to me that this might have lasting effects when I wrote it out. I guess I'll keep you posted ?
