4 starting Conditions. best are Patrons-Only
Brief help info at game start. Start in SPC instead of Beach
NEW menu options: Choose cum location, choose customer type. (might remove later)
Scaling from 100~50% available, for lower resolution than 1000x800
Full-Male Hooker can now have male voice, but it's a bit... meh.
Pregnancy Images were all.. messed-up? Redrew a bunch of them.
Can Sell Baby after birth now.
Can BUY a fully-upgraded baby... for like 350,000! Was for testing but left it in for fun.

Yeah, I needed a way to keep the original game for hardcore players, but also allow players to skip the boring parts, so the 'advanced-start' feature worked out well.
