Release Date for The Red Room v2

First thing first - please unsubscribe from my page if you don't feel like supporting me/you firstly want to see an update. I'll begin charging monthly again right when this post goes live.

Second thing - Release Date for new update of The Red Room is December 10. Sorry for waiting so long, I'm really bad at this.

Details about update

• v2 will have x1.5 amount of images of the Intro Update (not counting locations or superficial stuff like portraits)
• It will have almost the same amount of text as the Intro Update
• It will not have a save complatibility with the intro as almost all the code was rewritten and great amount of it was added
• It is still more of a "basic functionality update" but with a bigger amount of content than I've previously stated and expected. This means that not everything will be added, like some locations and most stuff will feel "unfinished" in some sense

Now to the more personal things, in form of QA

Q: Why so long?
A: When I stopped monthly charge this June I had to find a work to provide me with funds to live. Add the college to this and I had almost to no time to work on update. I'm sorry for all of the delays, I'm really am.

Q: Why are you charging right when this post goes live, not when the update will come out?
A: I have a few debts to pay this December, the most critical of which could fully compromise my ability to work on the game.

Q: Why have you stopped all the interactions and communication?  
A: Same reason as always - my personality which wasn't able to cope with all the valid crtitcism.

Q: Will you have a sensible deadline on next updates going forward?  
A: Yes I'm finally am. Depending on how will the next update development would go I think I would take 2.5 to 3 months to release an update. Whatever I have on the deadline I would release - no matter how much I think it needs more content.
As whatever "perfection" fetish I have - spending so much time on development of one update isn't healthy for the game. For the duration of development I don't have any outside criticism of what I do and my vision inevitably become blurry. So I need to release something once in a while.

For the final note:

Thank you. No matter if you had send me criticism, heartwarming messages or anything else — it made me feel that my game is missed. It is a good feeling that at the end of the day made me go forward.
I don't know how you would like this update, or will you even like it at all - but I want to slowly restore your trust in me. Whatever left of it.
