My Zoho Desk subscription was cancelled. I had issues with the ticketing system, it lost all my support forms and requests and I've cancelled.

This is a system on Google. When you submit these forms: You will get a confirmation PDF of your request and you'll be able to track your request once you submit them.
This is how it will look on your end. If I don't understand the request, I can request more information from you. This is the only time you should edit your response.
Use this form to submit errors, typos, mod issues, etc and of course please submit mod requests, your requests are 90 % of the mod polls done for Patreons.
