THWACK! Helen's leg kick whipped against Cass's thigh as she groaned, “Nngh!” and clutched her face. Cass's stance faltered.
“Idiot, you don't even know how to fight!” Helen sneered at her opponent.
With a painful yelp, “Aiee!” Cass realized she had underestimated her opponent.
Cass was confident in her abilities: she had considerable physical strength and reflexes, had been an athlete in college, and had trained in strength training and martial arts to protect her family when her nephew became a superhero. For a woman without superpowers, she was already a solid fighter. Even by Helen's standards.
But even without superpowers, Helen had countless hours of combat experience. With that experience, she instinctively knew how to hurt her opponent, and the tip of her high-heeled foot plunged into Cass's abdomen like a spear.

Cass let out a choked groan, “Guhh!” Even her toned abs couldn't handle the power of the kick. She wrapped her hands around her stomach and curled her upper body. Helen grinned triumphantly.
“Pathetic woman, this is it!” Helen shouted as she once again kicked Cass in the head.

“No way!” Cass scrambled to her feet and caught Helen's kick. She was not a woman to give in easily. As a chef who had won many competitions, she had a competitive spirit and grit, and it was her weapon. With Helen's leg tucked under her armpits, she lunged forward and countered. In an unavoidable position, Cass's straight punch landed in Helen's face. CRACK!
Helen staggered, almost falling backwards, but she managed to grab Cass's head and keep her balance. But Cass had already anticipated it.
“Let's see how tight your abs are!” Again, from the inevitable position, Cass's body hook landed cleanly. THUD! Helen groaned in pain, “Urk!”
