Okay… I hate how charismatic Kilgrave actually is.
Like, he’s a monster—but in some twisted alternate universe, him and Jessica fighting crime together would be kinda badass. Terrifying, but badass.
Still fuck that guy though.

It’s almost impossible to use this power for good unless you’re only controlling bad people because either way you’re still forcing people to do things without their consent. It’s also a really hard power to control because pretty much any command is controlling someone which sucks

2025-08-13 02:07:05 +0000 UTCKilgrave's Power could be used for good, BUT... it's also pretty much the most Evil Power. Even if Kilgrave was a good guy, there would always be doubt. If he really is as good as he seems to be, or if he uses his power for bad stuff. I feel like Character with Powers like his are easy swayed to the bad side, because of the doubt that people have. Because if people know about his power, who would trust his or work with him? You would never know if or when he would use it on you against your will. And so, people would distance themselfes from him and that could lead the "Good" Guy to becoming the "Bad" Guy is constantly people turn away from him because they fear him. eventually he would have resentment for them. But something I don't understand about Kilgraves power... he told the guy with the Shotgun "Turn yourself in, but don't tell anyone that we were here" Wouldn't the mindcontrol go away after like 24h or so? That what they said multiple times, it's not forever unless Kilgrave refreshes it in time. So wouldn't it wear off and then the guy could tell everyone that Kilgrave was there?
