YES!!! Another day full of THE BAD BATCH!!!! Underrated ass show!
I adored this episode. I really did. First of all, that senators sideburns flow straight into his mustache, which is glorious! But this seemed like a bit of a side-quest. A bit fillery. BUT I think this showed just how valuable of an addition Omega is to the Bad Batch!
SHE HUSTLED PEOPLE!!! Ok, not really. But she has such insane skill that she won all of the money back that the Bad Batch owed Matilda's mom!
FUCKING BADASS!!!! I legitimately love Omega!

One of the most interesting things about Star Wars is that most of the separatist planets like the one at the beginning of this episode didn't actually know about the atrocities their droid army was committing. They also didn't know Dooku was a sith lord and thought he was just a politician. The senator at the beginning probably believed in ideals that we wouldn't really disagree with too much. Let's not forget Palpatine also banned the Republic from negotiating with the separatists so both sides could be manipulated into believing different things were happening.

2025-08-09 14:43:15 +0000 UTCA tragic musical detail. When Senator Singh is being detained and the AT-TE’s are boxing in the citizens, the Clone Theme (which used to symbolize hope) plays ominously. On a separate note Echo’s resentment towards the Separatists is valid as he was a P.O.W. and was tortured and turned into an android.
