I think if there is a female officer on shift or somewhere near (like in the next town or so) they can do it but they don't have to. But I'm just speculating. I would too like to know the correct answer.

Because court dismissing charges of discharging bodily fluids and resisting sure doesn’t show it. No wonder we can’t keep decent LEOs when every day the courts themselves spit in their faces by saying those charges don’t matter. It’s horrible and disgusting!
