An annulment is supposed to make it so that it’s like you never did get married so he’d still just have 2 divorces. Also he probably could have gotten an annulment with Emily as well. Not that he should have lied but to get out of it he could have been like Rachel I’m sorry I messed up turns out Your’re supposed to be there to testify I didn’t know that that’s my bad we just have to do that to finalize the process. Monica and Chandler are too cute! I love that he’s the one that took initiative it really shows his character growth. Also the fact that they were on the same page about not getting married anymore but not wanting to hurt each others feelings. It’s telling that Monica said yes to the proposal and getting married in Vegas because she did always want a fairytale wedding and had plans made out since she was like 5. The fact that she was willing to throw all that away and just get married ugh my heart. Can you say soulmates? lol Monica did change! Maybe it’s the camera? But the characters do change from season to season sometimes drastically that’s more noticeable later on Las Vegas is in Nevada not California although it’s a neighboring state. Phoebe is too funny with her story at the end on how her and Joey end up together 😂 I love their relationship.

But it also looks like the picture quality is a little better in this season too and the colors of the makeup seem to stand out more. It's always funny when they start a new season where the last left off cause the actors usually look different but they film the scene as if no time has passed. No spoilers but... the funniest one is yet to come. Also just realized when Chandler says to Monica "the door hasnt been locked in 5 years" that's cause in season 1 (5 seasons ago now) they had the episode where they all got locked out during Thanksgiving... and since haven't mentioned locking the door at all.

I've had three girlfriends who have lived with me, each relationship is an experience. But even before the first time I moved in with someone, I was clear that it was special to live with me because I have certain needs and that I have assistants who help me. Everyone was very sure that there wouldn't be any problems at all. But it still happened every time, the girl got irritated with the assistants and the assistants got annoyed with her, mostly practical things and I ended up in the middle of a mess which was really hard. I've also had a friend who rented a room, thought it would go better but was wrong. Set up some very simple house rules that weren't followed which created irritation. Well, I'll probably live alone for the rest of my life 😅 omg Ross! just do that damn annulment!! 😂🙈

Chandler suggested the wedding, Chandler suggested the move in etc. It just shows growth and while Monica asking these things and Chandler saying yes would also show growth, it just feels so much better from it to come from Chandler, the same character who in Season 3 completely freaked out because Janice wanted to stay over like a couple.

At one point, I thought you were getting a blanket and then it started moving and I was like "that's a dog!" Big changes being set up here. As long as the moving in goes smoothly and Rachel really does move out, the dynamic of the group will really shift. I love Monica and Chandler in these. That "I'm not your best friend?" Line kills me every time.
