1. Home - Phillip Phillips
2. Oh My God - Ida Maria
3. Timing is Everything - Lights: Lil just meandering along and running into the confrontation with Katie and her uncle fits that whole 'everything is where it should be' motif of this song.
4. Lo-Fi Children - Wild Party
5. For a Pessimist, I'm Pretty Optimistic - Paramore: This is all of Katie's (righteous) anger at Lil that leads up to the breakup. Just all of that, this song.
6. Hold Back the River - James Bay
7. All Over You - The Spill Canvas: I love the confrontation of Tatum and Lil to the backdrop of this track. There's a line in it "Yeah he's a looker but I really think it's guts that matter most." I can just feel that confrontational Lil energy off of it.
8. Little Do You Know - Alex and Sierra: The scene with Lil and Katie where they're trading stories on the bed, just after Lil comes back. It's kind of a tender scene so it fits the song.
9. Oxygen - Catfish and the Bottlemen: I always think of Katie's hilarious drunken seduction scene and just Lil's whole perspective on everything going on while that's happening.
10. Fire and the Flood - Vance Joy
11. Running Out of Time - Poets of the Fall
12. All of Me - John Legend
13. Just Let Go - Mae: When Lil and Katie sit under the oak tree at the overpass, near the end of their date, that's the whole feeling of this song. Realizing how much you're falling for someone and being in a vulnerable place but being okay with it. Good stuff.
14. American Money - BORNS
