Kingfisher birds are a common sight within Nava Cave. They fly tree to tree on the surface in search of a specific strain of red berries to take back to their nests within the cave.
These berries, due to some strange genetic component, are known to soften any rock they are placed upon, making even the hardest stone soft as clay.
The Kingfisher birds make their nests cradled in these softened rocks, near the attractive glow of the blue shining ores found in the cave.
This ecosystem resulted in the creation of the coveted Kingfisher Bow; made from ingot of this mysterious blue ore and the feathers of the Kingfisher.
