Rich is cursing out Kane because Kody and London keep making a mess on they're missions and he's tired of cleaning up their mess. After cursing out Kane he calls in the girls and Rich curses them out too. But unlike Kane these girls are killers and don't hesitate to fire on Rich for being disrespectful. To Riches credit when the girls stand over him and ask him "any last words" he tells them "fuck you" The girls empty the clip in him and smile as they admire their work. Kane is so happy Rich is gone he gives them a vacation. Rich should've just let it go.
