Hey y'all!

I'm gonna be going LIVE this Wednesday, January 19th at 10am Pacific Time

Please leave any questions you have in the comments below, and I'll do my best to get to them in the stream! I'll share the link on Wednesday.

See you soon!

3. What advice would you give to someone thinking of becoming a content creator? Sort of Pro's/Con's?

2. You've already accomplished so much and I am loving seeing your focus on environmental concerns <3 How do you want to use your current influence/resources to impact our planet? (even if the aren't physics related) Are there new personal/professional challenges you are passionate about?

1. (somewhat of a continuation from last time) What philosophical lens do you view physics, the universe, life, and your experience of it through? Such as, are we solely empirical or is there more soul to the mystery?

Now I'm wondering if I don't do social media enough to notice it, or it's not that common?

4. How do you feel about the fact that people are using your face in GIFs all over social media?

3. Is there any subject you are absolutely uninterested to learn anything about? Or any topic that makes your curiosity say “I just don’t wanna know”?

2. Christina has been dabbling in necromancy recently. It turns out that she’s a natural at it! She can resurrect anyone from any time period, as long as there are just enough historical data to help her “reconstruct” them. AND she’s so good at it, that she can make them last a whole week for you so that you have enough time to pick their brain. Who shall she bring back to life?

1. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore! That's it. That's the question.

Hello 😃 🤗

Mariana Arzuaga

This is not strictly physics-related, maybe not even science-related, but more in the domain of "how to grow up thinking the right way". We can see that decline in trust in science is steadily plummeting and that worries me. Lara, my little girl just turned 4 last month (but already speaking 2 languages, writing, calculating basic stuff, etc.). Of course, she loves youtube and I assumed your channel might be interesting for her in the coming years (fairly easy to digest, some home experiments, etc), thus I joined the patreon army. Now the question is, - you've got any tips & tricks to get a child into science? Not necessarily to be a scientist, she'll pick her own path in her life, more of "how to think the right way". Not sure if you got a child or not, but something got you into science in the first place, so you might have an opinion about it :)

Hello Dianna. First of all thank you for your informative videos and all of your work to have ppl hooked into science…I’m one of them 👍🏽. Thanks to school and you to I know light travels as a wave, but here’s my “Q”. How many photons a ray of light have? Or each photon is consider a ray of light? And if a group of photons make a ray of light how does this ray of light travel through space? Does travels as a wave or as a straight line? and how that ray of light will interact when it encounters a reflective surface? Will it “bounce” as a collective group of photons keeping the original size of that “ray of light” or will it create other little rays of light?….. I don’t know why this has been a lot in my mind and I’d like to know the answer if there is any! 😅😅😅. Thank you 🙌🏽
