Rolling Out Price Drop Updates

- Tier descriptions/rewards have all been updated!
- My page won't technically be switching over to monthly billing until May 16th. But don't worry, I won't be doing any "per creation" charges before then.
- (edit)The new sketch tier won't be rolling out until May 16th either.
- If it wasn't clear before, my comics will no longer be early access. I'll be posting them publicly simultaneously. Things like pinups and other savory prizes will still be early access though!
