"Blackballed" teaser
Added 2021-01-04 03:36:04 +0000 UTCFinally got around to putting this together, I could use a thousand excuses why it took so long but you all know what this time of year is like, plus with all the craziness we've had in 2020 its been hard to keep on top of anything in life lol.
Now I still need to bring the size of the game down a bit more, its still way too big for a v0.01 so I'm trying to compress as many of the images and videos as I can while keeping it looking good. I've had to remove a lot of renders but that was because I was almost making a render for every line or 2 of dialogue, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid (excessive clicking). Everything you see here is only from the first version and its only a fraction of the renders themselves.
Since the story is going to be a lot deeper than anything I've ever done before, I need to lay a decent foundation but I've made sure to keep the most necessary scenes and even added a few more animations to compensate.
The first version is going to play more like a VN with gameplay elements while I tell the story and set the scene, so to say. Subsequent versions will take it more in the direction of the gameplay and fully animated sex scenes (like the first sex scene you'll see in this release, sometimes smaller scenes but also much bigger scenes depending on the story at the time).
There's a lot I've gone back and redone to improve as I'm constantly improving all the time (by no means perfect, I'm still basically a beginner in my eyes lol) and there's still a lot more I could do to improve it even more but I figure I'll get the first release out before spending any more time on polish or I'll get stuck in a never ending loop of letting "perfect" get in the way of "done".

I can always update the finer details at a later date if necessary, the things I'm picking apart might not even be noticeable to anyone else so I could be wasting time if I get hung up on those at the start. Yeah I would like to use them somehow, maybe as part of a future comic even if I need to make small changes here and there. Cheers!

I can understand that as an artist you want your game to be the most perfect and complete as possible but at the same time, if you have more ideas to implement the release date will be more and more away (and it seems you're very creative and had a lot of ideas haha). As for the renders that didn't make the cut, maybe you can release after you release the game as a scrapped renders bonus or even reused them in future versions of the game. Anyway, looking forward to this!.
