I agree. DAZ is temperamental. My biggest problem is I am using a Mac and Apple seems to be having a pissing contest with nVidia so now nVidia no longer supports Macs. So I have to use Studio 4.12 if I want my eGPU to work properly. On the bright side I love the way the story is progressing! I count at least four separate subplots going on which should lead to a long and very intersection story!

2021-07-30 16:27:15 +0000 UTCIts either the easiest or the hardest program to use, depending what day it is and what mood its in haha, there's no middle ground. The whole program needs to be rewritten, its great for ease of access and sheer amount of content but the way the actual software works is ancient. I have scenes that sometimes take over an hour just to load that if I were to convert them to a blender format they would load in seconds. Trouble is, everything needs to be done in Daz first before I can even think about doing anything in blender so there's no work around that I know of.
2021-07-28 11:03:20 +0000 UTCI feel your pain. I had to move my DAZ content to a separate external hard drive and every once in a while I get the 'can't locate the following...' when I try to load something I know is in my system.
