There were minor bugs spotted on night scene and when using the mouse.
Also doors magically teleport you to a different map (apologies for that).

You can get your save file by copying the WWW folder!
Anyway here's a quick run through of the updates:
For the dressing scene to be unlock, you need to purchase the SPY CAMERA.
Undressing Scene:
Once purchased, go during morning, noon or afternoon and place it on the designated area.
When evening comes you must talk to the door.
Enjoy the undressing scene!
