If I remember correctly, Colin Uno (Grandfather) is making his usual rounds about hospital, bothering Rubert as usual. He stumbles across a little Hugh running around and picks him up, not recognizing him as Rubert's son at first. He walks and conversates with Hugh for a bit, finding the little lad quite interesting and very informative.
