Hi everyone! Merry Xmas and Happy new year
The idea of going around the house in VR was pretty interesting to me, It's not that hard to do since it's natively supported by the game engine, I just needed to fix many, many 3D models to improve lightning and make it look good.
Ain't perfect by any means, but man... I'm surprised, it's pretty nice to be able to go around the place I've invested so many hours in. There's also an unexpected advantage, you're able to see "in person" the objects on real scale in front of you, so it's easy to determine if the size, the scale, it's right... on many objects aren't. I just modeled them based on the frames of the show, now thanks to VR I can fix this easily.
I'm gonna keep working on this in January, doing some polishing, after that I might release it as a free app for Quest 2, probably as .apk or in alternative stores like Sidequest
And after that, back to characters/animation
