how I make sync (advertisement) music

I made 2 demos (version A and B), and this video features the process of version A which was the accepted version.
the documented part was around 5 hours total (+ an extra maybe around 5~10 I couldn't record) and I figured that's too long to watch so I've shrunk it down to about 30 minutes (which is still kinda long but...)
Also , the last bits couldn't be documented so I've kinda done a rundown of the finished piece which starts at around 29:07~. Sorry for not being able to record it but I hope you get an idea of how it progressed.
