Good news everyone.
Questiary has levelled-up. Here's a list of changes we're making going forward:
Boss Monsters, in Full Colour
We're changing the way we conceptualize our monsters for each week. Now, every week, you'll be getting a BOSS MONSTER in addition to six other monsters that can be considered their allies or associates. Each week, our boss monster will be rendered in full colour.
Are you worried that each group of monsters will be too reliant on each other, making it difficult to take just one single monster and plug it into your game?
Don't be, because we've thought of that, and we want to make sure that each monster we release can stand perfectly fine on its own. Every monster will still get its own lore and be perfectly capable of immediate plug'n'play in your game. We're just going to give you some of the glue to stick them together, should you wish to do so.
This brings us to our next development, which we're (tentatively) calling:
Boss Docs
Each week, in addition to the lore for every monster that we're already providing, everyone will now have access to a Boss Doc, which serves as an overview for our weekly boss, providing information such as their backstory, their allies and their associates, adventure hooks, and quest ideas. The idea with Boss Docs is to give game masters enough inspiration to be able to immediately start weaving together a campaign arc for their players using the boss monster and the creatures for that week, should they so choose.
You'll be able to find PDF versions of the Boss Docs here on Patreon, and you'll also be able to find them conveniently integrated into the monster's entry on our website, which brings me to my next update for everyone:
Website Refresh
I think it looks beautiful - Dan's done a great job on it so far. Gone is the old yellow; in its place is a new, rich scarlet that pairs nicely with our new logo (did you see our new logo?).
Take a look:

New parchment textures!
New buttons!
Download statblock images and save them locally!
Sidebars and tables!
And most importantly, patreon account integration. Now, if you create an account on the website and then link your patreon account, you'll have full access to the compendium, no pesky patron keys required. Elegant!
And we're really only just getting started. We've got a whole slew of updates to the site (and Questiary in general) in the pipeline. We'll talk more about them soon.
Hopefully you’re at least one-quarter as excited about these changes as we are. We think we’re going to make Questiary something really great. We’re happy to have you come along.
