September Spring Clean Roundup

Short and sweet

• Work In Progress:
  - Next town map is nearly finished and will be out in full res for you all in the next couple of days.
  - I have drawn about 25 shields as items this month. they will be out in full res for you guys in the next few days as well.
  
• Current tiers will be archived once the whole world has made it into October
  - Tiers will remain active for current supporters who are on them
  - Price per month will be your current pledge amount per item.
  - Higher tier folk who want to edit their price lower to match new price need to do that ASAP before I archive the tiers
  - New tire for new folk will go up when I archive the old - am still wrangling the wording for the description....

Here is where the next map is at today .... trees are part way highlighted and nothing has shadows yet ...
I am going to have access to regular electricity again for a while from tomorrow, so I will be able to make faster progress, and do the final touches in Photoshop. Photoshop is so power-greedy that my van solar panels have trouble keeping up, especially if it rains!

This shield a day challenge was a spontaneous response to Swordtember that quite a few artists have been working on... I felt that all those swords needed some shields to go with them.
It has been a great learning exercise for me and I have had fun experimenting with a wide variety of styles and shapes and eras... along with several that could easily be magical items your players could find in interesting places.
I don't have any stats for them as I have no idea where to start on that sort of thing .... So your imaginations will have completely free rain on what they are :-)

They will be all sorted, with transparent background variations too and released here for you all as soon as I can

Spring Clean progress

The summary above pretty much said it all. This is just a reminder really, for anyone who read it earlier in the month and put tier price edits or departure on their 'To Do' list and then forgot.... 

Once the whole world has made it into October, I will archive the 4 old/current tiers and make the new one that new folk will see going forward.
I am still arguing with myself over details of wording for the new tier....

Going forward into next month and this new (for me) per-month sub method... I am really looking forward to the freedom from self-imposed rules. ...
So expect the unexpected....
Ok. so I will stick within the realm of RPG stuff! ... and mostly maps... but otherwise, expect the unexpected! 

Oh, and start thinking about if you need a little Thorp or Hamlet map (maximum of about 40 buildings) in your world ...  Next month I will be asking Patreon supporters who would like to, to send me a sketch idea or written idea ... and then I will be turning those into full colour maps and will release them here over time, as I can get to them.  (personal homebrew use only)
This is not going to be a regular 'written up in the tier description reward'  (because I am trying to avoid those)... but is something fun that I would like to do with you all - because you all have such wonderfully wild imaginations... I suspect the variety will be really interesting.
