okay this one has a ton of context although it's not needed to enjoy the main pic. i turned this character into a half-snake person a while ago, and recently thought of an AU where he didn't transform but instead was born like this. he's very happy as a lamia! and he eats humans, and he's horny about eating people whole (not all snakes are, but he is!!!)
since i dabble on vore very very seldomly, i wanted to explore how this character would look while eating. i like snakes a lot, i find their way of eating so interesting because it really is a lot of work!! and sometimes they die from eating something that's too big!!
in this case tho, eating a human whole shouldn't be a problem. i just wanted to go a bit further and assume he has a messed up digestive configuration that's way more snake-like than human, so the person bulges out his crotch too as they slide down and down further into the rest of his body, where they'll be properly digested
so him being able to morph his entire head for the eating process seemed appropriate to me
