EARLY ACCESS: To Catch a Female Teacher / Predator

VIDEO LINK: https://youtu.be/M4HLmiyqiUk

Hey everyone, it's Early Access Day, and today's video is a sort of follow-up to a video from 2014. And you know, I strive to be fair and equal (try not to laugh too hard there!) so after spending the last few years talking about some of the human trash dudes that have been in the spotlight (Diddy, Tate, R Kelly, Danny Masterson, etc.) I thought "let's talk about the LADIES!" So, enjoy!

Buckley revisits a topic from about 10 years ago that seems to be getting worse! The media continues to downplay or flat out ignore female teachers preying on their students, with stories about, oh, a woman who got knocked up by her 13 year old student (who she started dating when he was 11) or, I don't know, a woman who had 5 kids team up on her with Scream Masks on, being relegated to tabloids and local news. A look at the stories of Brittany Fortinberry, Shawnee Despain, Brittany Lee Gray, Laura Caron, Christina Formella, and far too many more.

I'll conced on the coverage, but I disagree about the punishment disparity. There was just that case Switzerland, I think or Sweden, where the judge acknowledged a rape happened, that there was harm, but let him off with no punishment, as it would ruin his career as a medical student. The system there doesn't give you a record without punishment so he's clean. His victim was a medical student. Also, he is GYN student. And truly first time teen rapists and "younger offenders" (under 30) often get lighter sentences in US when it's a male teacher. Also, have you heard of the Brittany Zamora case? She raped one kid and lured him to her car to have sex. Used kids as lookouts. He was 13. She got 8 years. If you want to feel good about yourself, watch her cry about how "small" she is and how she get hurt in prison. It is getting better. There's a huge issue with the way rape is handled across the board obviously. I honestly do feel though for the first time males and male minors are finally being heard and believed.

The A&E thing sounds a little more legit, but what I was referring to was the fact that more national coverage from legacy media isn't happening. I'm glad a popular YouTube channel is covering it, but I'd like to see more coverage from things like CNN or even FOX when these things happen and with the context of "this is happening more and more". Also, with the courts taking it more seriously, not handing out probation and a $3000 fine for a crime that would put a dude in jail for 10 years.

I have to disagree with this take. I think you may just get your information in different spaces then me, because I literally saw the scream mask story on Law and Crime a few days ago. Also if you watch true crime, female killers and rapists are covered a lot. Also A&E Court Cam covers stuff like that to.
