Bonus #248 - Gen Z is Afraid of (Real) Girls? (Extra Dose)

VIDEO LINK: https://youtu.be/Pvqa3ldzTCY

Hey everyone, it's Bonus Dose Day, and today begins our leadup to Halloween with some... very loose links to the spooky season. Today, we find out that young people are AFRAID of seeing women be too sexy. Then this Saturday, Doc Buckley's in the Musical Morgue. And then NEXT Tuesday, you get the bonus video about the girl who cleans grave stones, and people being upset about that. So, it's a fun week comin' up. Enjoy!

Old man Buckley takes a look at two stories of young people being weird. First: a person claims they're SCARED of Sabrina Carpenter when she's being too sexy, while others get upset at her dancing too suggestively at her concerts. Then: people freak out over Twitch changing the rules that say "if you use a V-Tuber that looks like a child, you can't make sexual jokes or comments, and they have to be clothed". Is Gen-Z ok?

Even if they’re not the same people, either group could be responsible for the fact that the phrase “adult woman fetish” is a real thing that has been typed online

I wonder if a subsection of young people being disgusted by Sabrina Carpenter displaying her sexuality is some kind of weird overcorrection of the issue of women being objectified. I've heard a lot of complaints about how difficult it is for women to promote themselves without being sexy or showing some skin, so maybe this is just the youthssss mistakenly believing that ALL sexuality is objectification?

Lapinsland's Imprisoned Queen

People on X/Twitter are a mix of hall monitors, librarians, and sexual degenerates. You’re gonna get both extremes that make zero sense! Thank god normal people don’t use social media as much anymore…

Cephalo

Sabrina Carpenter doesn't do anything for me personally.

Adam F

They never were told to touch grass and will suffer the consequences.

Petty Officer No Class

It's probably fine to love cartoons, maybe as long as you don't "love" cartoons, you know?

Adam Buckley

I’m glad Buckley has Twitter so I don’t have to have twitter, but man it’s gotta be worse for your health than fast food and cocaine combined.

Hunter S

Oops. I'm 27 and I love cartoons 🤣 I think it's easy to forget when we get older that we're hitting the age of the creators of our favorite things though, too. All the cartoons we loved as kids were created by adults.

TR4SHF1RE

This is what happens when people are coddled and told their opinions/feelings are the most important ones…

We did not cause people grown WAY too sensitive and prude like (judging from this video) that I don't know who's to blame for that. It's also like these idiots are expecting the adults in western media to act like Asian media when it comes to their pop idols and it shows. 🤣

Yeah saw the 17 year old tweet in real time on my feed & thought “you’re 17 & afraid of a grown woman’s body?” Also I thought we had beat the dead horse on adult celebrities not having to cater to child audiences in their careers a long time ago but I guess not 😒

Cheyenne

Imagine being afraid of pussy....couldn't be me when I'm a girl. 🤣
