Hey everyone, it's Early Access Day! You know, most of my videos probably come across as judgmental toward others, but you know who I'm an even worse critic of? MYSELF! And so, this week's video is directed to me just as much as it is to other creators who need a little wakeup call. Hopefully I'll listen to myself. Enjoy!
For the last month on YouTube, creators have been complaining about their view counts being down. "YOUTUBE IS DESTROYING MY CHANNEL!" Buckley looks at some of the complaints, YouTube's response, and the CONSPIRACIES surrounding it, but ultimately asks the only question that matters: Why should your viewers care?

Coming across this video now, I saw some some drama this week on Tiktok about Jaclyn Hill complaining that her views are tanking and the people of Tiktok are absolutely dragging her saying that she's 'out of touch' and 'unrelatable' because no one wants to see her 'flaunt her wealth'. You're definitely speaking truth Buckley!

2025-10-11 10:54:20 +0000 UTCThere's a theory where they only directly count views from people that are singed in so people only get these dips in horizontal videos, but not in shorts because they're watched more on phones where you have to be signed in opposed to PC. From this ONE guy who tested everying ONCE the data was solid. So it HAS to be that. xD
