Hey everyone, it's Early Access Day, but before that just a quick announcement: I'm going on vacation! My first trip since 2017, I'll now have three more countries I can blather on incessantly about as I visit Northern Ireland, Scotland, and England over the next two weeks.
What does this mean to you? Ultimately, NOTHING. I MAY not be able to do a proper Early Access for next week's video (or the week after that), since I need to schedule them on YouTube, and if I schedule them, that makes them private (as opposed to my current system where I make them "unlisted", and then manually make them public every single Saturday at 10am). SO, I apologize for that in advance. BUT, videos are still coming, including bonus videos. And they're some really good ones. So, to you, it'll be like I never left.
ANYWAY, on with this weekend's video, a Musical Autopsy! You guys seemed to enjoy my last autopsy of a "rock" band, so how about we dissect Linkin Park's first year with its new lady-led lineup? Enjoy!
It's been roughly 1 year since Linkin Park reformed, replacing the deceased Chester Bennington with the somewhat controversial Emily Armstrong. In that year, they've released an album and went on tour, and Mike Shinoda feels that the reason old fans might not be giving the band a chance (resulting in one of their concerts moving to an arena with 30,000 fewer seats) is because "she's a woman!" so, is that the case, or is this new Linkin Park as good or better than the old Linkin Park? Doc Buckley's got the scalpel and is ready to find out!
