One of everyone's favorite features is back in SCCO, Dessert as Baking! All dessert recipes, such as cakes/cookies/pies/breads/etc have been REMOVED from the Cook/Gourmet menus. You will now find all of these recipes under the "Bake" menu. There was a total of 40 EA recipes moved, and over 70 serving sizes.
All of the recipes that were moved to the "Bake" menu, now require the "Baking Skill" instead of the "Homestyle Skill". All level requirements are the same for these dishes however.

There is a new folder in the SCCO download called "Expanded Recipes". These are additions to already provided EA recipes. You might be asking, what counts as an "expanded recipe", so I will list this info out below.
More Serving Sizes - Sometimes EA only gives us 1 serving size. My goal is to ensure that all recipes have all serving sizes available.
More Recipes at Home - Some EA recipes can only be obtained via a marketstall or similar means. My goal is to ensure all of these recipes can also be made at home.
Compatibility with New Packs - Sometimes EA gives us a new recipe, and they only provide it for one appliance. My goal is to ensure that a recipes can be crafting on all available appliances when applicable. Example: Tea being on the "Tea Maker" but not on the "Kettle".
So, expanded recipes are NOT overrides to EA items/recipes. They are technically "custom" recipes for an already existing EA item.
So now that I have explained what an "Expanded Recipe" is above. Let's go over the new ones in this update. This update is all about Tea, Coffee, and Cocoa!
I don't know about all of you, but sometimes I do not want all 3 drink appliances in my little tiny house. So I added some new menus to the coffee pot to allow you to make coffee, tea, and cocoa on the coffee pot.
(I know, some people might not want this, YES my American is showing lol. But hey they are optional! :D Just delete any "Tea_CoffeeMaker" package files if you do not want tea. If you do not want cocoa, delete "Cocoa_CoffeeMaker" files.) But I know there might be a few souls out there like me that just wanna cut down on appliances and/or might not have the new kettle.

Next, the Kettle that came with For Rent has all of the Tea, Coffee, and Cocoa recipes from other packs that EA did give to it prior. So you can now make all of these EA recipes on the Kettle.
Lastly, there were a few teas from festivals and other packs that you could not craft on the Tea Maker. Such as the City Living Sakura/Light/Dark Teas.
All drinks that are from in game special events, or achievements are locked to "Taste First". Meaning you must taste the item before you learn to make it. How? 1. Obtain the drink from its original location, such as a market stall and drink it. 2. Read the SCCO cookbook for the game pack required for that recipe. Example above with the city living drinks, read city living cookbook.
Since this update was all about coffee, I thought it would be a nice time to update the textures or the coffee ingredients for SCCO. You now have a higher resolution texture for an overall better look!
I have also added two new coffee type ingredients "Light Roast Coffee" and "Medium Roast Coffee".

Next, I added a base game "Generic Milk" and "Generic Cheese" ingredient for those that do NOT have Cottage Living and still want to be able to craft all recipes with ingredients.
For those of you that DO have Cottage Living you can keep these files, or remove them. They do have different meshes/textures than the ones from Cottage Living but do not have crafted versions the others do.

--------------------------------------------------------
You need the following for SCCO to function.
Base Game (all non-bg files are marked with a pack number)
Some features of SCCO are built around the additions of these packs. For the full experience of The Sims 4 cooking I recommend these packs.
Cottage Living
Home Chef Hustle
--------------------------------------------
1a. Download "Lot51 Core Library" is now REQUIRED for the mod to function. Install this mod as directed on their mod page, or simply place their script directly into your mods folder.
1b. Download the most recent version of Srsly's Complete Cooking Overhaul. If using windows, un-zip the file using WinRar or 7-Zip.
2. Put the "SCCO v#" folder that you un-zipped inside your "Mods" folder. Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
DO NOT drag and drop files from inside this folder into other folders/or directly in your mods folder. You need to leave the folder intact. This is the best way to ensure the mod is working correctly and the fastest way to update when a new version is released.
If you installed SCCO correctly, your file path should look like the red highlighted path:

(version number and content inside of the folder will be different depending on the current up-to-date version being installed.)
NOTE: Make sure you DO NOT have "Microsoft OneDrive" controlling your computers Documents Folder, if you see little green check boxes this means you are not using a local documents folder, and OneDrive needs to be disabled. OneDrive is incompatible with The Sims 4 [Pic]. This will cause major issues to your game/saves/mods/etc. If you need help with this, come by the Discord for assistance. [Disable OneDrive]
3. Remove any Features for packs you do not own, or do not want. You can read about each file in the "text document" found in each pack folder. All features for the pack are listed to explain in depth what each item does.
4. Pick and Choose Ingredients! With SCCO v5.0.0+ you are now able to choose which SCCO ingredients you would like to use in your game. If there is an ingredient you do not wish to install you can delete it.
All SCCO Ingredients are 100% optional.
NOTE: If you are using the EA Cottage Living "Simple Living Lot Challenge" you must use all SCCO ingredients or use another SCCO compatible creators ingredient that uses the same tag, or type. With the Simple Living Lot Challenge active you must have all ingredients to create a dish. You will not be able to spend money to craft recipes. (You can only spend money to craft a missing "Any Ingredient" requirement with the lot challenge disabled.)
Example, if you do not have SCCO chocolate (or compatible creators chocolate) installed you will not be able to fill the requirement for any recipes that call for "Any Chocolate".
5. Remove any Cookbooks for packs you do not own/have installed. Some EA packs have recipes that are locked by careers/achievements/tasting first at market stall. Reading these cookbooks unlocks these recipes for your sim to be able to craft at home. There is also a cheat when shift+clicking on the sim to unlock these recipes if you have the cookbook also installed.
6. Download any external SCCO compatible downloads you want to play with. You can now download any other creators content that is compatible with SCCO. As long as the creators files are custom they will work with SCCO. Some creators even rely on features provided by my mod to bring further compatibility to the cooking community.
A list of compatible creators as of this update are:
SrslySims | KingZace | IceMunMun | Oni | Robin | LittlBowBub | Rex | Amellce | AroundTheSims4
Partial Compatibility (See Mod Pages):
Somik and Severinka
