Reaction to BLACKPINK's Rosé "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" Cover

This is a cover of John Mayer's "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" by BLACKPINK's Rosé.

This will post on YouTube tomorrow.   However, YouTube blocked this in South Korea and about 5% of all our views come from there, so we're posting here for those folks, and as an early gift to our Patrons.

Thank you so much! You definitely can. Our list is long but we try to give priority to Patrons, of course.

Hey Coach, love your videos, are we able to request videos?

Lords Of Eclipse

Great info. That's a really unique concept. Amazing how different some of the K-pop industry is from Western pop star culture.

Sea of Hope is a tv show. The concept is: The cast members (mostly musicians and actors) live together at the beach and open a bar to offer various food, drinks and musical acts to the customers. For that they have to organize and do everything themselves (including the cooking for example). So imagine that Rose is taking your order, serving you your food and drinks while also performing a few songs in between. Must have been quite the surreal experience. All in all a very relaxing and happy feel good show. You get the impression that the "celebrities" had just as much fun as the guests and formed strong bonds over the runtime of the show. Rose was not a regular cast member and "only" took part in the first half of the season (they switch location mid season). This specific performance is from the very first episode, where they aren't yet at the location of the bar (so no guests) and the cast is getting used to each other. I consider this performance the "weakest" performance from Rose on this show (although its still great and it got her a guitar as thank you from John Mayer who loved the cover). So I think you can look forward even more to the other performances when they're at the beach and got some time to find their groove.
