Hello, friends.
I want to share something with you today. The members of my Patreon have helped me a lot in improving my life, and I’ve been doing my best to give back. I’m really happy because this is a time when I’ve been working hard—I’ve never produced so much art before. I’m excited to finish all the remaining pieces, but I have to be honest with you: the U.S. postal service is not helping.
I’m losing confidence in the shipping service I use to send Patreon promotional art. It’s a more affordable option, but issues were very rare. I don’t want this to be your experience when buying and enjoying my work.
I’ve started considering removing free shipping on Patreon so I can go back to using a more expensive but safer shipping option. However, this would mean I’d have to stop the Patreon giveaways and charge for shipping. I’m trying to avoid making this change now because everyone on Patreon has been supporting me a lot. I’ve been working hard, and it’s been rewarding, but unfortunately, the postal service is not helping.
I’m not transferring the money from your subscriptions to my personal account—I’m keeping it in Patreon in case I need to issue refunds for any members, and I’m already having issues with shipping. But I want to make it clear that if I decide to stop offering free shipping, all members who have received my art will have their pieces shipped through a more expensive and reliable service. I want everyone to be able to have my art in their hands.
