Info about the Leviathans Update
Added 2025-06-26 12:21:19 +0000 UTCHey, hey, everyone! I hope you're all well. I'm making a quick post about the new War Thunder major update and its impact on the mod, as well as what's planned next.
Currently, from my testing, it seems this update's impact on the mod is very minor. Everything still works properly except the engine of the new L-39ZA and RAH-66 Helicopter, which have no sound, the Swiss F/A-18's don't have its RWR sounds, and the MiG-27 is missing its gun sound. Besides that, as far as I know there are no other issues.
These bugs will as usual, be fixed in the next update to the mod, which will be worked on once Gaijin updates the sound modding repository. I will create another post once I can start my work.
Furthermore, as to what's coming next. With this update, I'm planning on adding JAS-39 Gripen RWR sounds, as well as adding Helicopters to the Multi-RWR system. A select few helicopters will get their own RWR sounds first, and more will gradually be added over time. That's not all though, and you'll be able to read the full changelog of additions when the update drops.
