0412 - Jewellery Salesman

This makes sense I suppose - if they were at all important, these characters would have been introduced earlier in the plot!
I probably would not have even remembered there specifically was a scene where Skinner buys a ring - it doesn't really have a memorable joke or anything to make it stand out. The employee at this particular store doesn't seem to appear again as jewellery sales are not a common setup for comedy.
