The clients have only to take their shoes off and place their feet on the two holes in the wall. The masseur "locks" their feet for their own safety and starts the "massage". Every client leaves the room with a smile of their face!
It's a judgment free place, most of the clients are burly mature married men who are very foot shy and think their feet are "ugly". Well, they work a lot and spend the entire day with shoes on, not much free time to check their own tired feet. There may be a live feed for the masseur only, to check if the special "massage" is taking effect on their clients, but the anonymity is guaranteed.
