I can see Micheal wanting to figure out those echoes of the past and why they only seem to call to him. But he would be completely soul-crushed knowing how much his absence hurt ruby, i imagine even after they reconcile he still going to be silently guilty about it for days π. I wondered if there was more to Mr Verner than just a loving husband and father. did he have his own doppelgΓ€nger like the RV has, perhaps some sort of connection to ??? or something even more grim hmmm π§. Great work as always π.

2025-05-20 23:01:42 +0000 UTCbrain dead. i forgot to mention the OTHER thing I was thinking about ever since i read this writing - which is that the RV seems to have double/triple echoes in the Verner mansion, which is more than we've seen at any other location!!! If I remember correctly, the only other place they've had a double echo was when visiting the remains of the burned house. but, we have seen Aelsa hints that there's *history* in the Verner mansion. so is it *just* about the history of the house, or is it also tied in to being a bloodline? I'm yapping so much about the house and theories that I barely spent any time on Ruby. SUFFICE IT TO SAY THAT I LOVE HER OKAY!!!

2025-05-20 22:40:12 +0000 UTCI've been so tired from work that I hardly have any braincells anymore, which makes me so sad because I love chewing on the patreon writings and analyzing everything detail with little grabby hands. In short though, absolutely devastated that Jam's following a feeling/compulsion caused her to miss a dance with Ruby. EEEEE, the feeling that she was drawn deeper into the mansion, without knowing her exact direction was eerie, but the narration also says that it was directly a choice and Jam DID NOT have to follow this feeling. JAM NO. JAM, STAY. JAM LOOK AT NOX AND PLAY FOLLOW THE LEADER, HE'S TRYING TO HELP. But, insanely intrigued with whatever is going on with the real Mr V and the doppel/echo silver Mr V. There's this one part - that has me chewing on the furniture: when other Mr V says βYou know what I would do,β he continues. βIf they upset my wife and touched my daughter.β Compare that to just a bit later when other Mr V says "*YOUR* dear -" Presuming that "your dear" = RV mom, and how other Mr V didn't say "OUR DEAR" then it really seems like more evidence that the RV's mom and Mr V becoming friends is an aberration, something that wasn't supposed to happen, causing the kinder Mr V and the echo of cold Mr V. Am I cooking? Cohen family fucking with the timelines, let's go. Anyway, I would love to yell about more details, like how Ruby supported Jam even when not-happy-with-Jam and how that makes me feel!!! But I'm v tired. I hope everyone is less tired than I am π₯²
