actual response now: B being unsure and unsure of their excuse... We need to fast forward to the end of book 5 because I want to know what future B thinks of Char!! But, their uncertainty does speak to them not knowing what to make of Char... is Char dismissive? Are they fake? (What's with their weird version of kindness?) S kinda... reminds me of when I call Char R's worstie. Or what it seems like in Bloodletting. Char is there for R (and looking out for R) when no one else is, but like... derogatory. R - noooo, we lost our chance to actually learn what R thinks of C. That was going to be one of the most interesting answers???? J - HMMM, I wonder if J has a personal dislike of Char, or if they have a general disdain for the bloodlines and how they seem to be above the law and maybe some events that occurred on a particular night. Because the bloodlines gang up on people and don't have to face the consequences of their actions? (???) Mal - lmao good fucking luck to whoever decides to attempt to bring Char to heel
