Many of you will have already read this post's backstory from August's Content Schedule, but I wrote it while more awake (with hot chocolate coursing through me), yet I still found it hard not to judge the above article's title. 😅 Anyway, we'll be getting into how ROs would come up with their own 'mantras' when feeling anxiety; perhaps, a thought they repeat over and over to try and snap out of a spiral or shake off their nerves. I haven’t read it yet but I have to say this before I proceed… I have 2 words for that neuroscientist that will for sure make me feel emotionally better for a few seconds, much like the endorphin rush from things a neuroscientist would probably say are bad things for me…
