Paperwork system rework! (WIP)

Currently, the paperwork system is incredibly hard to add and edit on, so its getting a rework so that its alot easier to sandbox and add features.
1. More unique paperworks, this'll mean no more signing the same document over and over.
2. More flexible accessibility options, this means options like. eg. Drag to use, or click to use.
3. A desk! You ACTUALLY will have desk!
3.5. A Moveable AND customizable desk.

of the two of you, who does the pixel art? also there seems to be a visual bug on 1440p screens, the patreon overlay covers some of the menus even on fullscreen.
