I kinda agree with u on the investigation of the labyrinth. All I can say is maybe the anime skipped a bunch of info. I feel (plot incoming)like Kizuna might have been able to tell if Filo had arrived in the labyrinth somehow but who really knows. I will say this is the first ep that I was like wow its over already
