This was bigger than vengeance or pride.". I do not remember this. As far as I know, akari didn't have a strategy meeting with kenzo and then decide yes kalden will go to war garden and akari will go to storm garden for the purposes of uniting the clans. In that case akari would have had a proper goodbye with kalden and the team when she left. I thought that akari split from the team because staying with kalden and the team did not offer her a veilcord. I could be wrong or have forgotten this. I will go back to the earlier chapters and check it out.
