Voiceclaim Animation
Added 2025-04-27 22:21:11 +0000 UTCWOOO i finally finished this!! I started it like two months back but the Ren stuff recently gave me the motivation to push through. I really do love animating but it's sooo tedious, Photoshop's the only program I've found success animating with but it is 100% not an animation program ๐ญ coloring can be such a nightmare with it I wish I could just cave and learn ToonBoom...
Anyway this is audio from Fionna and Cake! Hunter's voice in that show is like absolutely Leo's canon voice to me, minus the more chill tone. Only difference is that Leo obviously tends to sound more anxious. People compare Leo to Darwin from TAWOG a lot and I do think that's more accurate in terms of the actual way he speaks. There's a deleted F&C scene which is way more accurate imo here! But I wanted to try out a different scene, so Leo's acting a bit more confident than usual ig haha. I used Hazel as a placeholder for Fionna's voice but this isn't how she sounds to me at all, I've actually had a lot of trouble pinpointing H&H's voices. Nothing's really immediately clicked in the same way Leo's or Ren's have. All I got is high-pitched & bubbly for Hazel and relaxed for Harvey, calm and somewhat deep but not too much. Harvey's character took a lot of inspo from Wallace in Scott Pilgrim, but Kieran Culkin's voice is way too high for him lol. All this is just for fun at the end of the day though!

2025-04-28 16:57:09 +0000 UTCI have been thinking about this for so long! Personally I hear Harvey as Edric from the Owl House(Ryan O'Flanagan), but I haven't pinpointed Hazel either. I'm thinking a more cherry version of Asuna(Cherami Leigh)... Anyways, loved the animation, and the rock is cool ASF!
