Two-Faced-Twin Animatic
Added 2024-08-26 08:24:47 +0000 UTCAs I've mentioned previously, my baseline sketches are pretty bare-bones and mainly serve to just get something solid on the canvas. Therefore some animatics will definitely look better than others, I'll admit 😭 in short I sort of didn't expect to ever show these to anyone. That's the beauty of this platform, I guess! This is pretty much standard sketch stuff for me, not a lot of complex movement compared to other works--I saved the actual animated part for the final and just did it raw there. The process for this is a lot more accurate to how I draw for the comic--extremely rough thumbnailing followed by somewhat neater lineart (though not by much hehe). I've come to like that about my art though, it's genuinely difficult for me to try and produce "perfect" lineart without any sketchiness, and in the end I think it allows for lines to feel more loose and natural which fits in better with my tastes anyhow.
