Kiki Animatic/Sketch
Added 2024-08-29 19:15:29 +0000 UTCI really like figuring out the more complex movements of an animating while drawing the final frames, both because it saves time and because I don't know any other way to work lol. I guess I just don't see a point in trying to make an animatic less stiff than its first rendition and instead opt to do that in the final, unless it's in a professional setting of course. Not that I don't appreciate drafts or further exploration, but for me personally it just doesn't really work out--I end up getting sick of working on it after a point as I've expressed before. I love animating but I'm definitely more comic-brained, though I do sometimes surprise myself with how much things change between renditions of my animations haha
