I never got far on this one so it's pretty rough, stick-figures and whatnot--but I liked the movement in it! As you can probably tell I tend to get a lot of big ideas but never have enough time or energy to follow through. Oh well! Making rough animatics just allows me to scratch that itch without committing dozens of hours to a finished animation lol. Made this a while ago, just wanted to animate some general crush shenanigans. Their relationship is very important to me and I can't wait to get it down in the comic 😌 Leo's crush is pretty obvious to everyone except Hazel, and the reason she doesn't notice is because it's hard for her to imagine someone liking her in that way. I feel as though she eventually begins to like him back subconsciously, but it takes them getting much closer as friends for it to go any further than that. Things will also get increasingly complicated on top of it all as the plot demands :P
