It actually /is/ because werewolves run hot, haha! Sorry for the confusion, werewolves have higher body temperatures due to their increased metabolism and differing thermoregulation rate, same as is in real-life canines. In Episode 16 it is actually cold out, Hazel would feel it too but she's wearing thermals. Vampirism doesn't affect how the host reacts to temperatures compared to humans much at all in this universe, though even if it did Harvey's earrings prevent him from experiencing those side effects anyway. In later episodes there definitely will be lots more reoccurring implications that werewolves just generally give off excess heat, though I do plan on making a proper werewolf lore post in the future explaining things I can't fit into the comic directly :)

So I was rereading episode 16 in anticipation of this one and I noticed something about Harvey. Now I've put it together that he's a vampire, and you also implied that he was feeling cold even though it wasn't cold out. Is this because vampires are basically cold blooded since they are undead and their bodies don't function the same way (or do werewolves just run hot lol)? Now I ask this because you're like the second person I've seen (maybe) have this as part of there vampire world building. "Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice." I also find it interesting, cause in a story I want to write, my vampires work the opposite way. Because they are functionally dead, they enjoy colder temperatures since decomposition slows down the colder it gets. And while they won't *actually* decompose, if it get's hot enough they will sorta start to feel like they are decomposing. Kinda. Like it won't hurt, it can just get very uncomfortable.
