This was a quick one but I had fun with it! Been trying to experiment more with halftones lately, they can be a little tricky but once you get into the groove they're really fun! For a super long time I was plagued with the curse of "drawing a character sitting in space with no background then not knowing what to do with it" and now I think I'm finally at a point where I can whip up interesting bg's to go along with those sorts of drawings! It took me a long time to finally get comfortable with this sketchy gesture style I've developed, but now I'm really happy with it! A lot of my issues came from being afraid to try new things and get out of my comfort zone, for the longest time I tried to conform to the whole traditional "sketch then clean lineart" process but I've come to realize that it's really just not for me! I like being able to edit and play around with the piece even when it looks like it's almost complete, the messiness really helps me disguise any alterations. I've even tried extending how I illustrate into my basic sketches, for one of 'em I really wanted to put a lot of effort into how it looks while still having it maintain its 'sketch page' appearance. The problem with it is that Photoshop won't save it right, so I can't show the process! >:( I had to go into the file and take a screenshot, the pngs come out totally wrong. Think it has something to do with the transparency, oh well. Additionally included some non-canon sketches in relation, mischievous wolf-eyed Leo is my favorite thing to draw. Despite the situations not being canon the wolf is definitely quite silly. Just a silly little guy
