Barkeeper V0.08 Release day!

This update was the animation update so I decided to delay the release by about an hour so I could make a quick animation to celebrate the release.

This release honestly had a lot more than what was in the changelog, I did a lot of backend fixes for later content that I had put off because it wasn't needed yet. I also got everything ready for the chapter 3/4 work scenes so dialogue is all that needs to be made for them. Did some fixes for content that was accidentally kept locked off when migrating between chapter 1 and 2. Overall the update should be done.
I decided to add in a statue in the recollection room that will let you skip chapters, this absolutely will break content other than work scenes so save before using as I didn't add in a way to rewind. This was mainly added in so that content could be viewed that you won't see in normal gameplay right now, but I will leave it as a way for people to skip to a chapter without asking for a save, since the only problems with skipping chapters is that you skip the story in later updates(Also think one costume but I'll fix that).
