Weekly Update 1-28-20

Nord got an update to fix more issues, don't think I can adjust it any more due to how fragile the scripts are.
Lizbel got an initial release and is slowly being worked through, with any luck I'll finish a chunk of it this week and have a cleaner version for all of you.
Windows is being a pain so the last few days I've had to deal with massive drops in performance, turns out an update reset my scheduled update times so it was updating in the middle of the day when I'm working. Hopefully those are ironed out now that I fixed it.
